Time for a grassroots protest.
80% of tax returns are filled electronically, probably to speed refunds. We should begin the protest by filing through the USPS, five business days before the deadline. Professionals who do returns for the public have to E-file. I have thought about selecting an IRS return location and mail the protest returns to these addresses. Caution this may be illegal.
