A violent mob destroys the Americans For Prosperity tent on the lawn of the state capital during protest against right to work legislation. While destruction happened, there were people inside the tent and some in the crowd were armed with knives.

I hate sounding like a broken record, but considering how the media treated the teapartiers, their silence on this kind of union violence makes me seeth.
These people are criminally stupid, but what irks the “H” out of me is they will not be punished sufficiently for their crime, the harm they did to those people in the tent as it will be called by Leftist activists, be they judges, or whatever as first amendment protected protest rather than the crime against humanity it really is.
I use to point out that labor unions were a product of Communist philosophy. Most would just berate me as “crazy”. I would then ask them who said the following: “Workers of the world unite”. Most didn’t know.....I told them Karl Marx. I usually just got crickets after that.
Aren’t most media folks unionized? I know newspaper folks generally are. Solidarity, etc.....
My unionista cousin is already admitting defeat and talking about retreating to the safety of California. LOL

I suspect that he’ll probably be thrown overboard by his union next time a contract comes up. He’s proven himself to be a troublemaker and I wouldn’t be surprised if getting rid of him becomes part of negotiations. The company will give a quarter over the next year but only if he’s gone.
I saw it happen to our in house organizer when I was in the AFL-CIO. We got our raise and the troublemaker was fired for the first minor screw up with no protest from the union.

The governor will sign it tomorrow due to some sort of procedural maneuver but it sounds like letting it sit till tomorrow takes much of the wind out of their sails for future court challenges.

I agree.If my wife or child had been in that tent, when I made my way out, I would have killed the first one of them I came in contact with. He would have gotten to something he had never held before—his intestines.
