146,000 Jobs Added In November, Beat Expectation Of 85,000, Unemployment Rate Lower At 7.7%
Zero Hedge ^

Posted on 12/07/2012 5:58:47 AM PST by Perdogg

Looks like Sandy was not an issue at all in the November jobs report which beat in both the number of jobs added, at 146,000 on expectations of 85,000, while the unemployment rate declined to 7.7% from 7.9%, where it was expected to post as well. Watch this space next month for prio revisions: September and October saw 49K downward revisions combined. November will suffer the same fate.

flicked around channels to see what they were saying as the numbers came out and MSNBC was praising this number as if we were living in the greatest times America has ever had.
That blond woman was all impressed and smiling like a cheshire cat

lets face it , we have a population which are just plain dumb for the most part.

Ever met and talked to an obama voter recently?

I swear they will go down as the dumbest voters this country has ever produced. The average Dem elderly voter has not understood how the Dem party is now the socialist party and yet when you try and explain the facts to any Dem voter they just repeat the one liners from the corrupt biased media and not fully understand what is going on in this country.

Last week I met one lady who had not heard of the attacks in Libya, fast and furious, shotting of our border agent and thought the economy was great even though she lost her job.

We want this country back then we sort this corrupt media out first

are there any stickers I can put on my vehicles which say something along the lines of if you;re stupid don;t vote , or if you;re going to vote then get facts.

Anything like that to make these idiotic voters think of themselves as dopes for voting for obama.

I did see one which said OBAMA, why stupid people should not vote.

It is easy to fix an economy when all you have to do is lie about it.

.. . people in their mid-20’s and up, those below that are most likely only working part time and most likely with NO benefits.

But, they will still be on mommie and daddy's health care plan.

Wow. This is really good news. We may owe trillions, but just think, we’re printing money 24 hours a day thanks to our super intelligent Fed Chairman Bernanke.

With an Obama administration firmly entrenched for another four years what possibly could go wrong? Congress, forever looking out for Americans, is considering a surtax even as I type this of at least 1% on our worth. That’s adding up the value of our home, cars, furniture, stocks, bonds, cash, anything of value.

We’ll have that 16 trillion dollar debt retired before those who may be here in the year 3000 (if God hasn’t stepped in to put an end to the world) which is only a few decades away.

Good news for our great-great-great grandchildren.

The world they’ll enjoy will have lots of same sex married couples, no Christmas, no God, but plenty of taxes to keep the wolf away from the door. Humans will marry whatever they want and do with their little willies and muffs whatever their little godless hearts desire.

Muslim and Sharia Law will be big then. There will never be a mention of Christianity, so Santa Claus will have been euthanized.

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HURRY UP WITH THE REVOLUTION!

"Another 350,000 workers magically disappeared from the work force or this would have been another disastrous report."

A small bit of correction in the labor participation rate criticism:

The baby-boomers are now hitting retirement in big numbers (following the WWII babies, whose numbers were small). This has some downward effect on the participation rate, though dropping 0.2% in one month is pretty huge).

I guess I just assumed they were going to stop lying in reports after election, but I was very naive!

They have no intentions whatsoever of reporting the truth at any point

The baby-boomers are now hitting retirement in big numbers

Isn't that factored in, along with the college grads entering the workforce?

It should be added for anyone not familiar that 1980, Carter’s last year, was hardly a banner year - unemployment was around 7.5%, I believe.

Is median household income tracked on a monthly basis? I do know of a couple people who found work last month, but as others have suggested, it is part time work at basement wages — much lower income than what they were laid off from...

That said... I wonder what is happening, numerically speaking, to median EARNED household income if one were to take out the top 5% and bottom 10% of wage earners...

And the non-seasonal numbers (usually up in November due to Christmas hiring) (aka the real numbers) showed a loss of 114,000 jobs this November. 55 and over had a gain of 177,000, while 25-54 (Obama demo) lost 359,000 jobs. Wonder how many old farts had to get second jobs (me for one) to cover all those 25-year-olds on SS Disability (morally disabled)?
