I woudl think his lawyer could make hte case that he only became a public figure after he was maligned with malice by the MSM in order to try to defend his reputation agaisnt hte false and malicious claims by a news media that hid facts and manipulated facts in an effort to intentionally ruin the man knowing htat by doign what htey were doing, that probalbe race wars would ensue- which they did- george even had a death warrent taken out on his life and his family even suffered possible death at hte hands of an angry racist mobs because hte media intentionally misled the people i nsuch a way as to incite them to hatred against an as then non-public persona
Well, legalities intervene and they aren’t always fathomable by the average duffer. (GET that CAT off your keyboard.)
Once you did something that indicated you WANTED the benefit of publicity, you’d be hard pressed to retract that. Never say impossible, but that’s the kind of thing that keeps lawyers in lobster.
