The big 3 will almost undoubtedly remain largely unionized but it sure frees up the smaller suppliers.
That margin of 6 in each chamber isn't enough though. They need a 3/4 majority so they can constitutionalize RTW else someday the Democrats will slip back into office and screw everything up.
That's why those industries are going to forge ahead with their move to Indiana! Michigan's people will need to show some staying power.

After the ‘little 3’ went to a 2-tier wage system there is no chance that those 2nd tier employees will keep paying dues when they get half the wage and very few benefits.
They will lose 90% of those new members within months of this taking effect.
