I may have been around here for a while but I have always been a bit fuzzy on what makes Ithaca so evil- can you expand on that for me and any noob’s?
Ithaca is the hometown of Cornell University and Ithaca College...its a smallish town set on Cayuga Lake, with beautiful green hills surrounding it and many wineries and cherry orchards abound.
undoubtedly very liberal but all university towns are liberal...

They cut arrests big time because arrests don’t solve crimes, really... the result is a big spike in crime.
