Nutjobs totalitarian statists like Hank Johnson have absolutely no business being near a leadership position in any kind of republican democracy.

All to predictable, coming from the dolt who thought Guam might turn turtle because there were too many Marines stationed on it. Stupid is as stupid does!

Isn’t this the same one that thought that Guam might tip over if we put too many Marines on the island?

Okay I suggest we star restricting the speech of Rep. Hank Johnson first, since he does not appear to have anything intelligent to say!

The amendments to the Constitution, in the Bill of Rights, is somewhat in order of importance (after that, it's chronological).
If this guy has his way, this republic is dead as a doornail, as he'd be amending the First Amendment, where "people" plural - as in a corporation, has freedom of speech: "or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances".
Take that one down, and the only recourse before losing it, is using the second...

Uh, no go on this amendment unless unions and the myriad of NGO’s are also prohibited from their “free speech” too . And we know that ain’t gonna happen.
Share the lead.

This is the same idiot who thought that Guam would capsize if we put too many people on it.

Let me guess without even reading the article - Corpations YES, Unions will have an exemption since they are not corporations !! /sarc
God I hate the RAT party and everything - I mean everything - they stand for. Neve since CW I has this country been so divided. Split the county apart and let up pick where we choose to live - the LIBERAL nation or the CONSERVATIVE nation.

How about putting the same limitations on freedom of the press too? Freedom of the press obviously applied to only hand operated single sheet presses, not to corporate owned high speed presses. The New York Times Company would only be able to print what Obama personally approves, so basically it would be no change at all.
