You can hate paper bags because they are a waste of a precious resource. You can hate cloth bags because they retain lots of bacteria. Or you can hate plastic because a few end up harming birds or in the rivers.

They were enthusiastic in Germany in 1933 too.
They ban plastic bags because the are addicted to controlling people; especially for reasons that have no logical justification and are actually a population training tool.
Power is the ability to control without a reason.
I live in San Mateo and this is ridiculous. Also if you think you can just bring your own plastic bag into the store the answer is NO. I hate California.
