fta... Over the last year, Guglielmi has been leading the pack of local officials who deny any of the dozens of cases of black mob violence in the downtown Inner Harbor area is race-related.
*********************************
I attended an international conference at the convention center adjacent to the Inner Harbor in Baltimore in the late 1980s. There were many thousands of attendees. The Mayor gave us a welcoming speech on the first morning. He also WARNED us not to walk the streets more than two blocks away from the area because of the crime, but assured us we’d be safe within the perimeter because of additional security by the police.

Not even the vague “racial tensions” is invoked any more.

Really? You know what? from your comment I remembered something from Colin’s book whitegirlbleedalot that says.. “In Philadelphia, after years of racial abuse at the hands of black students, the school superintendent gave Asian students a pamphlet in how not to antagonize black students.” huh..?

Just remember: When seconds count the cops will be there in a matter of minutes.

That’s why you need to carry a gun. I have a little Ruger .380 that fits in my pocket with ease. I am never without it.

During the Pretoria, South Africa sustainability conference back in 2003, the UN posted armed guards with full-autos at dumpsters so the shantytown residents wouldn’t raid them for the foie gras, lobsters and Klip that the UN delegates tossed in the garbage.
