“cease-fire” only means that Israel stops shooting back" What is there to negotiate? If Hamas quits firing missiles Israel will quit killing Hamas if Hamas is lucky. The absolute only reason that Hamas will negotiate anything is that Israel is killing them with great efficiency and they are scared shi-less that Israeli tanks will soon be rolling through Gaza.
