An anecdote to back up what Levin is saying.

In 2010, Democratic Representative Parker Griffith (Al-05 Dist.) jumped from the Democrats to the Republican party. He was facing a voter base angry with Obama. So he jumped parties trying to retain his seat.

Griffith is a snake. He revealed his true character after his initial election and during the campaign. Mo Brooks took him on. Brooks is a lifelong conservative, well known and liked in the Huntsville Community.

John Boehnor came to Huntsville to campaign for.... party jumper Parker Griffith. Conservatives in North Alabama were livid. We went all out and buried Griffith in the primaries. Brooks is one of the staunch conservatives in congress now.

And John Boehnor campaigned against him.

Boehner and McConnell are part of the problem, not the solution. The Bush family also needs to go away. They stopped the Reagan revolution.
