Muslim Mantra:

The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

They are cowardly vermin who can never be trusted.

We all knew this was coming!
IF this is not enough to cut foreign aid to all the middle east nothing is.
Those people do not want freedom on there own.
They want Americas money.
Nothing more!
The taxpayer Dollar that went to that country to liberate it is nothing.
But the Lives of Americans that fought for these people that allow this ilk back into their leadership are!
Look for Iraq to become the next Muslim Brotherhood ruled country and Ass kissed by 0!

Sadly, I agree. I supported Bush and Iraqi Freedom. While we just don't know what the M.E. would look like with Saddam still there, I do not know what benefit the USA rec'd for our efforts. Seems we simply turned Iraq over to Iran or the Islamists.

Not ‘just’ the 4,500 dead. How many tens of thousands maimed and crippled physically and mentally? How many marriages ruined and children scarred by repeated and extended deployments? What really is the price in blood and treasure? I think it is astronomically, incalculably high.

It p*sses me off to the point of near homicidal rage when I hear slimeballs like our democrat politicians mouthing off at what an ‘imperialist’ country we are. No other nation in the history of mankind would make this kind of investment in conquering and occupying a resource-rich region like this and then not exploit it. We are either the most altruistic nation ever or the most stupid - or both.

This may have finally pushed me into and beyond the Ron Paul camp. No more nation-building, saving, rescuing, bailing out ANYBODY. Let them stew in their own juices and if they become a big enough nuisance, turn them into subatomic particles.

I am framing a picture of Curtis LeMay for the wall of my office.

That’s what I say. Those people will NEVER change and this is what you get when you try to run a “politically correct” war and hog tie our military! They’re over there dying and are expected to play tip-toe through the tulips so as not to offend anyone. Get them OUT and blow the dammned place to smithereens!! :(

Gratitude. An Islamic trait since the 700s. (He said sarcastically.)

Allegiance? Did anyone honestly believe these muzzies had an ounce of allegiance to America?

The only way this was going to work is if we took out Iran and Syria as well. Bush was playing dominoes. In the four years since we now had Iran closer than ever to a nuclear weapon. Afghanistan a mess, Iraq precarious, the Muslim Brotherhood and likely Al Queda running Egypt, Libya now a problem, etc. etc. Unbelievable.

By ‘idiots’, I am assuming that you are referring to members of the Obama Administration. Iraq wanted us to keep out bases long term in Iraq, but Obama sabotaged that deal. So Iraq is now doing what it needs to do to survive since they know that they can no longer count on the US to honor its word. From the Iraqi standpoint, I really can’t blame them for this action. They know now that they are on their own and must act accordingly. If they go to war with Iran, they can expect the US President to back Iran.

This is not bad, actually. They’re using economic clout, rather than hijacking planes. The clout only works so long as you have a POTUS who won’t allow any drilling or shale development. But since you somehow got stuck with one who does for a while, can’t say as I’m mad the Iraqis for using a civilized weapon. It’s all Bush’s fault that they even think along those lines. It stings that they’re doing this, but not as much as a dead diplomat. There are effective counters to both the obstructive POTUS and embargoing OPEC. They will be used, because the market demands it.
