give em the Hostess treatment. Fire them!
Oh, I admit FULLY I’m guilty of that. And I don’t care who it bothers. WalMart is unlike most stores in that people go there any time, in any state of mind, in any state of dress, and with any number of levels of crazy going on all at once. I shop there because it’s close and cheap. They rarely have exactly what I need, just something sort-of-kind-of-close-if-you-squint, and they’re hilariously undermanned - they always seem to be that way - as I mentioned in my earlier post.
Sounds like a lot of people want to get fired, lately.
He was speaking about obama. Now run along terrorist.
I’m stealing that, you know.
:)
This is not the Sam Walton we knew and loved.
I worked on Sam’s house when he was alive.
Wal-Mart was a great entity back then.
I rem when he had his little store first one.
It was a different time and place!
The guy had vision and built something of quality!
Whatever it is now is not the same!
When WM first came to our area in the late 80s, I vividly recall the proudly displayed “MADE IN THE USA” banners hanging everywhere in the store.
Haven’t seen them in a quite a while.
In the meantime, WM has become more expensive than the stores they tried to undersell.
Just the other day, I looked at the Netgear wireless extender they had for sale and it was a whopping $1.98 cheaper than Best Buy, just across the street.
So, to be spiteful, I paid the extra $2.
I don’t even get groceries there anymore.
The local Giant Foods undersells them on almost every item *and* everything is cleaner and fresher...not to mention the lack of a certain parasitic societal subset blocking all the aisles.
FWM.
I’m not sure. If they do, it doesn’t show up in the first few google searches. Many fast food places seem to be exempt.
