I’ve always thought if there were to be secession, it should be the red counties vs blue counties/cities (can’t think of any red cities). What then are those cities left with? Since when is the peoples right to petition for political redress considered "inane secessionist babble"? Private citizens set forth a petition because we are pi$$ed with the route the federal government has taken.
