I’m not sure what is more depressing - people like her, or a society and culture that allows people like her to rise to positions of influence and power.
With her empty resume, bizarre behavior, and delusional mindset, how did powerful men like Petraeus and Allen ever allow themselves to be associated with her?
Four star generals are today’s proconsuls. You wouldn’t get within ten feet of one if you were a private or even a Captain. Yet this woman becomes a confidant of some of the most powerful men on the planet and even has them coming to her doorstep on a regular basis.
Most of us wouldn’t want to associate with such an airhead. What the hell is going on in these generals’ minds?

When I was a young Captain in AF I would go TDY to REDCOM for 90 days to plan readiness exercises. I loved it. I lived on Davis Island in an apartment and would drive Bayshore Blvd every day between work and home. I always wondered who lived in those big houses and how they could afford them. Now I know.
