After the shock, disgust: ... precincts with no Romney votes: 'Saddam never did this well!'

After Barack Obama’s victory in 2008, many a Republican tracked with the Kubler-Ross model of electoral grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. That sense of acceptance may not have lasted long, but initially al least, most Republicans acknowledged Obama’s legitimacy.

In 2012, things are different. Monitoring my Facebook pages, I see a new model in play. This one goes directly from shock to disgust, and, unfortunately, it is altogether justified.

Yes, there is a good deal of intra-party sniping, much of it predictable and painfully stupid – Jeb Bush, please go away – but the genuine disgust is directed elsewhere, specifically at the Democratic-Media complex (DMC) and the hell it wrought with the electoral process.

At first, the numbers coming out of inner-city Philadelphia and Cleveland – both crucial cities in battleground states – seemed like the kind of misinformation DMC Luddites thrill to hector us about.

On “Meet the Press” not too long ago, Tom Friedman of the New York Times and NBC’s anchorman emeritus Tom Brokaw fretted openly about the vast right-wing communication stream.

“A lot of people will repeat back to me and take it as face value something that they read on the Internet,” cautioned Brokaw. “And my line to them is you have to vet information.” Not to be out-preached, the Time’s Tom Friedman countered, “The Internet is an open sewer of untreated, unfiltered information.”

The Internet, however, now lets us see and hear information the two Toms and their pals have long tried to suppress. On Tuesday, for instance, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported that in 59 inner-city voting divisions, Mitt Romney received no votes.

“These are the kind of numbers that send Republicans into paroxysms of voter-fraud angst,” reported the Inquirer glibly. Well, yes they do.

These are black people in the ghetto's. Of course they are going to vote near 100% for Democrats. Why is anyone surprised at this? Even when completely and utterly failing in places like Detroit, black people will vote for the most corrupt Democrats imaginable. Heck, they will vote for convicted felons when given the chance. Hispanics are not much better at this point.

Whenever you hear some commentator or analysts say we can "trust the judgement of the American people", know that this is pure garbage. What passes for the American public these days is probably now a majority of politically ignorant, non producing eaters who just want free stuff.

And related...the most potent thing about Obamacare is that it will be "free" and it will hook millions...and they will vote...when the mean Repub's try to take it away, throw granny off the cliff and starve children. We're screwed.

I am a county employee in Colorado who worked the election. I can tell you we ran a tight election. And there were plenty of fools voting for free ice cream from the Messiah.

I can also say few if any voted multiple times in state, we caught three people trying. However, I am convinced that many voted in multiple states. There is no reason for someone to present a passport or student ID if they are a state citizen. The ONLY reason is they did not have a State ID, which as a resident they are required to have, and they voted somewhere else absantee as well as in Colorado.

People using passports or student ID amounted to almost 5% of those who voted at the facility I worked at.

Didn’t some districts around the country have more than 100% of citizens show up to the polls? So, who got the missing 20% or 40% of those greater than 100% districts?

No, it is not statistically impossible. They are black people in ghettos, of course none of them support Romney. If I saw any Mitt votes I would assume it was an accident. There is no political enlightenment in the ghetto. The Democrats drive the bus around, collect up the ghetto dwellers, bring them to the polling booth and help them vote. They don't even have to tell them who to vote for. They just know Democrats equal more free stuff and automatically vote that way.
