whats worse is they send out the ballots too late for the mail round trip. My daughter’s ballot didn’t arrive at her dorm until the afternoon of Nov 2nd.

whats worse is they send out the ballots too late for the mail round trip. My daughter’s ballot didn’t arrive at her dorm until the afternoon of Nov 2nd.In that case she takes her vote-by-mail ballot to a polling place, surrenders it and then votes. Not a complicated process.
