Their company, their rules. I would suggest that if the employees don’t like it, they vote with their feet. And if consumers don’t like it, they vote with their wallets.
What do they make anyway? High fashion hijabs?
I live about a half mile from Clemens Quality Meats. They run 3500 hogs through here a day. I think we can find pork parks in copious amounts to use as ammo. Have a spud cannon....that might work....Parent company of Hatfield Quality Meats.
I’m with you...I’d be fly their flag upside down and be agitating my tush off.....this is OUR country. No Sharia, NO HOW, no WAY! That’s where I believe this will really get ugly for foreigners here. When they try and shove sharia down our throats.
My daughter lives in Istanbul and the thing she misses most is bacon. We have sent her the precooked bacon, and packed it and country ham in our suitcases when we go. Haven’t had any confiscated yet.

When Crescent Bank owned Church’s Chicken, they forced franchise owners to not sell bacon or sausage biscuits.

There is now a huge polyglot of languages and varying ethnicities that vastly outreproduce and shall soon outnumber the English in their native land they have held for well over a thousand years, after repeated conquests ond subjugation of the earlier residents.
And almost all of them kind of LIKED pork.
Well, old cathedrals make GREAT mosques, after minaret towers are constructed at all corners.
Those pictures of Jesus in the stained glass windows have got to go, though. A well-aimed rock should take care of most of them.

Order a SUPREME Pizza with lots of Canadian Bacon and pepperoni you won’t have to share with too many people there!

I recall that there was a workplace where I did a network installation, and in the break room there a couple of signs, “Please do not store unkosher food in the refrigerator.” Interestingly enough, there was another, smaller refrigerator with a sign, “Unkosher Food Only.”
Of course, this was a synagogue, and they requested that the non-Jewish staff (there were only a few) store unkosher lunches in the secondary fridge, while drinks or anything else, if kosher, could be stored in the main fridge.
They also requested, but never enforced, a rule that people not bring pork into the breakroom.

It is, and I think a lot of people don’t understand.
Jewish people do not attempt to impose Jewish law on non-Jewish people; it’s simply inapplicable.
Now, I personally don’t eat pork, and candidly find the smell of bacon disgusting, but that’s my problem and I wouldn’t demand employees stop eating BLTs.
I was raised as a Conservative Jew. I have many childhood memories of hypocrisy. Often, at another family’s home, after poker games, the adults would verify that Grandpa was asleep and then order out ribs. Grandpa was not asleep. He simply waited until the order arrived and everyone was eating and then saunter downstairs for a “glazel wasser.” Everyone would freeze and Granpa would serenely get his water and slowly walk back upstairs, smiling. When my father was away on business, my mother would make kielbasa for us. She once tried to get our Jewish pediatrician to say bacon was ok for kids “because of the minerals.” I remember her telling Dad she bought meat at the supermarket because it was cleaner than the Jewish butcher’s.
Many Jews simply ignore dietary laws, like Catholics ignore birth control laws.
Will do. And the only people who’d be ‘offended’ by it would be the young white women in Human Resources and the Office Manager.
They’d be less fearful of hitchhiking at 2:45 in the morning in a bad part of Detroit. THAT’S how ridiculous their need to adhere to political correctness is.
