We’ve lost our leaders. None of these politicians - president, speaker, house majority leader, CIA director, generals - have any focus on getting the job done right in a way that serves the citizens of the United States. They have lost all semblance of context, service, humility, gravity, seriousness, and the other qualities that our Founders discussed as necessary to leading a great nation.

I taught eighth grade for ten years and even they did not behave in such a sophomoric manner.
I smell a lawsuit coming from Broadwell against Kelly, the FBI Agent who pursued email investigation for his “friend” and the FBI based on privacy invasion.
Maybe as a collective, "we" are being led by arrogant and opportunistic clowns, but as individuals, and I'm sure you'll agree, we are free to ignore their orders and risk the consequences.
You've likely seen the remark that Obama is the symptom, that the country can survive a foolish leader - and that the underlying disease of a foolish populace is the root of the problem. The leaders, who as you very aptly put it, "have lost all semblance of context, service, humility, gravity, seriousness, and the other qualities that our Founders discussed as necessary to leading a great nation," reflect the rotted part of the public. They are self serving, and they believe they deserve / have earned their station.
I smell a lawsuit coming by Kelley.
Her sister, a lawyer specializing in health care and whistleblower cases, filed a sexual harassment suit against former employer.. She has quite a history.
Jill has financial problems. So did the twin sister.
Brother is also a lawyer.

She lawyered up BIG time yesterday ... everyone wondered why ... then the news about General Allan hit the fan.

Yep -- Kelly has secured counsel and now the FBI is doubling down on its stupidity. Time for some wholesale firings.
Wonder if those emails did indeed come from Broadwell. Are we going to hear they ‘erred’ and it was someone trying to appear they are her so they can search her more. They want to destroy her and ‘mistakes’ do happen (deliberately) so they poisoned everyone against her - it’s all about Benghazi anyway.
The big question is how is she paying for that lawyer.
Is he doing it Pro Bono or is someone else paying for him. The court cases against the Kelley’s indicate they have financial issues.
If she had financial problems before, just wait until she finishes paying her lawyer's bill and she will be the defendent in all of this upcoming litigation.
Right now I bet her husband is lawyering up as well -- a divorce lawyer and a bankruptcy lawyer.

Need to get all the information, emails, and photos to the offending agents wife and her divorce lawyer. Do that and the agent will soon be dumpster diving for food.

Wonder if there were any Romans who saw the decline of their empire going on around them who might have felt like us (conservatives)? Where did those Romans go? What did they do when the world was spinning out of control? It’s sad to see history repeated...
Why wasn’t the agent let go of instead of being taken off the case? Was it ‘he’ who sent those ‘threatened’ emails to Kelley and not Broadwell as he was the jealous one? I know they ‘say’ they traced them to her. After all, first we heard it was Petraeus that sent a shirtless pic - until the news fixed it.
Kelley has already hired a high powered Washington defense attorney. I think the FBI Agent and by virtue of that the FBI is vulnerable to a lawsuit for opening an investigation of emails sent by one woman to another that amounted to nothing more than a “cat fight”. He probably thought by doing this for Kelley, she would return the “FAVOR”. At the time he initiated this there was no National Security or Petreaus issues ever mentioned. Where is the reasonable cause to search a private persons emails? There will be a lot of lawyers involved before this thing is over.
Holy crap folks, it’s sad that NOT ONE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE SEES THEMSELVES AS SERVANTS OF THE PEOPLE.
It’s amateur hour, making all the devising Iran, Russia, and China is doing to destroy us SO MUCH EASIER.

This whole story seems like a really bad episode from the “Maury Povich” show.

I read yesterday where Judy Smith had represented Monica Lewinski and Michale Vick but didn’t know about the “Scandal” series. Geezzzzz
I saw her on the Jon Stewart Show?? and she seemed to be imbued with her own sense of self importance. She talked about how the other officers in Afghanistan did not know how to treat her since she was so accomplished, so close to Petraeus, and had such a high security rating.

our modern day Legions are worn out from “contingency operations overseas,” our equipment is outdated and beyond its life expectancy, our military morale is down due to the social experiments forced upon its members, our military sees that no one has their back, they see their benefits continually being threatened and/or eroded.
