Like I said somewhere earlier...of all petraeus’s sins, infidelity is the most respectable. Benghazi is a deja vu incident for him and this kind of gunrunning op is already on his plate where another ‘terrorist’ murder took place to cover it up...and conveniently stole the only hard evidence.

When was that? I questioned his integrity the moment he accepted the position as CIA director under The Won.

And it’s out in front of our faces! See my previous that I just wrote. No one would resign and confess an unknown sin!

I also like the guy earlier in the thread saying “the head of the CIA can’t pull off an affair?”

He has been blackmailed to keep quiet about Benghazi and other things, and he decided he owes it to his country to come clean even if it harms his marriage.

i so believe your are wrong, but i so hope you are right

If Feinstein didn’t want 0zer0 to accept his resignation, than she must know Patreaus knows something she doesn’t want out of the bag, because the best way to keep him quiet is too keep him in the govt. “Keep your friends close, but you enemies closer.”
I can understand McCain coming out to support Patreaus. My question is Kerry still the target to replace Hillary at SOS? That could be also be a tell if he suddenly has cold feet. Also, where is Lieberman in all this? Has anyone heard anything about him? He and McCain have always been tight.

The democrat way. Discredit your enemy so his testimony can’t be credible.

That is a highly credible theory. I would call Petraeus a 'liability' not an 'enemy' to 0coward but the principle is the same.

“So this is what Obama had on him to make him go along with the Bengazi cover-up!”

Exactly.

Well, you would lose that bet. That is just silly. And incorrect. And I have no idea why you used the name you used. That also is silly. For heaven’s sakes.

He needs to honor his country and tell what really happened in Benghazi. Stop protecting BO. BO is not a good man. Really curious about the SS agent that committed “suicide”—yeah right.

Sen. John McCain:

“General David Petraeus will stand in the ranks of America’s greatest military heroes

Petraeus played a key role in repeal of DADT, making him one of dangerous traitors to ever wear a uniform.

Imagine if this story and the Drone being shot at were actually reported on last week before the election. Where would we be now???

Judging from what I've seen of the general awareness and intellect level of Obama voters - no change. Ben- who? What drone? Who is Petraeus?

And of course the stupid media is taking it at face value. Its amazing what passes for journalism these days.

There are still some real journalists left. A few will dig until the truth is discovered and they will report on it. Then there are some who will do it if they think it'll make them famous like Drudge. I don't care about their reasons for doing so just as long as they do.

There's another rumor that the woman is a middle eastern beaut named Izah Gneb.

More interesting than the identity of the woman is how (and when) they got caught.

Does that mean he doesn’t have to testify now? That’s crazy if true.

Feinstein’s husband... the china connection:

Blum’s wife, Senator Dianne Feinstein, has received scrutiny due to her husband’s government contracts and extensive business dealings with China and her past votes on trade issues with the country. Blum has denied any wrongdoing, however. Critics have argued that business contracts with the US government awarded to a company (Perini) controlled by Blum may raise a potential conflict-of-interest issue with the voting and policy activities of his wife. URS Corp, which Blum had a substantial stake in, bought EG&G, a leading provider of technical services and management to the U.S. military, from The Carlyle Group in 2002; EG&G subsequently won a $600m defense contract.

In 2009 it was reported that Blum’s wife Sen. Dianne Feinstein introduced legislation to provide $25 billion in taxpayer money to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp, a government agency that had recently awarded her husband’s real estate firm, CB Richard Ellis, what the Washington Times called “a lucrative contract to sell foreclosed properties at compensation rates higher than the industry norms.”
Diane: “Please don’t accept the resignation, mr. prez”.

It is Israel vs. China folks— goal: take down obamao. All the marbles in the defense of sovereignty. Jarrett is immediate suspect in the iran connection vs. israel. And explains why she would need her own SS detail— really.
