The sucker who falls for a Nigerian e-mail scam is also pursuing his own self-interest: trying to get the 30% of the $53 million or whatever. He’s a sucker because there’s not $53 million and his foolish pursuit of self-interest will end up costing him money. The Democrat voter is a sucker because just like there’s not $53 million, there’s not enough money in the world to pay for the promises (s)he was voting for, and there won’t be even if the virtual printing presses run overtime creating hyperinflation.

Your analogy isn’t right. I don’t know how much they get in food stamps or social security disability, but they do get something. They are not suckers. They are voting for their self-interests. You think that they think like you. They don’t. You have to understand their motivations before you can understand how to defeat them. What does it cost them to sign up for foodstamps? They are truly getting something for nothing. How is that being a sucker? They think you and I are suckers. Has the number of starving people in our country doubled over the last four years? Of course not. The Democrats are using foodstamps to buy votes. If the Democrats give you free food, why, maybe you’ll have enough money for a new car or a nice vacation. And worry about inflation? They know the Democrats will just give them more FOODSTAMP money. They aren’t the least worried.
