I heard (NJ local news) that NJ is
stopping odd-even gas rationing this weekend. The last time I went to buy gas, there was no wait.
Whatever Cuomo and Bloomberg are doing, it's not working.

You have to remember that there was never a "shortage" here in New Jersey. There simply weren't enough gas stations with power that could meet the normal demand. On top of that, you had some pretty idiotic panic buying among dumb motorists ... like the story my local gas station owner told me about a person who waited on line for two hours to top off a tank that was something like 85% full already (he assumed that was the case because he couldn't put more than 2 gallons in the tank).
Once power was restored to more and more gas stations in New Jersey, the problem has pretty much corrected itself.

Yes, I’m at the Jersey Shore and the gas lines have disappeared. The day before yesterday was an odd day but they were taking evens as well - without a wait. There was a cop there, though, to insure that things went smoothly.

Cuomo and Bloomberg don’t seem to be doing much of anything but running their mouths and dragging out this nightmare for the folks of NY. This is however what they voted for “Incompetent Government”. They can take your super sized soda away but lack the knowledge to actually build or re-build anything. Besides they spent all their money policing your sugar intake, do you really expect them to help when there is a real medical and human emergency.
