“...One voting day..If you can’t make it, tough!!! That is YOUR responsibility...”

The ONLY variant to this would be to military personnel stationed overseas...They HAVE to be given the neccessary for their votes to be received and counted...NO exceptions to this rule...Every single military voter deserves their vote counted above all others, IMHO...

nail on head.

It’;s amzing how easy it would be to stop all this voting twice, illegals, dead people, handing out ballots to people in line and then just dropping them off or even having plice at the polling station when someone tries to do voter fraud.

Sadly we have a party which does not want to enforce any laws with voting, hell they don;t even want drug laws, immigration laws, they just want anarchy on what they want and what they want todo

How many elections have we successfully held in this country without picture ID's? How did we manage to hold elections without them in 1800 or 1900? How is a mandate that requires someone to buy a government issued picture ID more constitutional than a mandate that forces someone to buy health insurance?

I suggest two simpler procedures to prevent voter fraud. First, take a thumbprint from each voter right next to his signature on the voter rolls. Second, videotape and record the entrances and exits to the polling place.

Keep it simple and effective. Picture ID's are unnecessary.

Certainly, recording of the polls would be a good idea. The Democrats have demonized this as well, insisting that it is voter suppression.

As a poll watcher, I was not allowed to have an audio or video recorder or to take pictures.
