EU efforts where? Is that a made-up country? I don’t recognize it. Couldn’t be that imaginary nation that Slick Willy created, could it?

Something was accomplished. The Sink Emporer’s alliance with the jihadists was a huge boost for AL Qaeda.

They've achieved exactly what they set out to do...turn over a historically significantly section of what's left of a Christian country into another lawless part of koranistan that threatens Europe & Russia with an influx of drugs and terrorists while claiming to be a force of good. It was a farce from day one. 152 Christian churches destroyed under the watchful eye of Camp Bondsteel. Onward Christian soldiers....spit.

well first Kosovo was a U.N. nation building project for more than decade, and since then an EU project
now, maybe it’s telling us something about those two institutions, in addition to what it says about Kosovo
was Kosovo “fixable” in the first place
culture, culture, culture - surpasses religion or political ideology in staying power

Good article. The albanians are said to be a very different sort from the europeans. They do seem similar to afghans. Must have something to do with their religion.
