How come it always seems like we are always “just a few votes too short” on all the close races?
To: Cincinatus' Wife
“Too close to call” usually means “goes to the Democrat when enough votes are manufactured.”

.....Rep. Allen West, R-Fla., one of the most outspoken Republicans in the House of Representatives, trailed by 2,456 votes with 100 percent of precincts reporting, but he was not conceding the race as he held out hope for provisional and absentee ballots.......Hold the line, soldier.

do you know if Paul Ryan got re elected to his House seat?
To: Cincinatus' Wife; All
One small blessing..I just realized that Pete Stark, perhaps the nastiest guy in the House..lost his seat..to another Democrat as a result of California's new jungle election primary..
I guess there is a limit to what even California democrats can stand..

Also in the Grand Canyon State, former state Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, a Democrat, was locked in a close race with former Paradise Valley Mayor Vernon Parker for Arizona's 9th congressional district.Kyrsten Sinema is an America-hating lesbian communist. I'm not kidding.
That she may pull this out in Arizona is sickening.

Dr. Dan Benishek MI 1st Congressional district is still leading by 2, 229 votes, but McDowell will not concede. probably a recount in michigan. (note this is large district of land - all of the UP of Michigan and northern part of Lower Michigan - cities include Marquette, Houghton, Hancock, Sault Ste marie, Ironwood, Iron Mountain, St.Ignace, Charlevoix, Traverse City, Cheboygan, Gaylord, Alpena and many others). Just a reminder the election is not over yet. many want Dr. Dan Benishek in DC, surgeon from Crystal Falls ( iron Mountain).
