Oh barf! Did everyone support Romney sufficiently?

I’m mad at everyone who did not support him 100%

I am starting to wonder.... it looks like a significant number of Republicans stayed home, according to what I have read here on FR. If that is the case, I am wondering about the "Mormon" thing. Perhaps voting for a Mormon was just too much for many Republicans, so they sat this one out? Curious numbers coming out of this election...

Romney was not my choice in the primaries, but I backed him 100% in the election and worked for his campaign going door to door, handing out flyers on election day, volunteering to work campaign events.

I encouraged everyone I knew to get out and vote for Romney. So he did not get a lukewarm attitude from me.

Numbers for both candidates were down. Even Romney's numbers from McCain's were down and could have flipped this if that number held. Third party temper-tantrum types seemed to have had an influence in Ohio and Florida, not that those states are important for anything. So you may have a point there.

===================================================

I'm mad at those who say they are conservative but toss their principles aside when inconvenient and support a flaming liberal 100%.

The results of party over principle are quite apparent today.

I still believe in conservatism.

I am a conservative, I can do no other.

Conservatism is Americas last best hope.
