Skip to comments.Exit polls: Drudge moves Ohio to Toss up
Posted on 11/06/2012 3:20:35 PM PST by Calif Conservative
For what it's worth. The first wave of exit polls had Drudge putting Ohio with an edge to President Obama. Now, Drudge has moved Ohio to a "Toss UP" as voting enters a later hour
OH MY GOD I CAN’T TAKE THIS!!!!!AHhhhhhhhhhh!
Thank goodness for this move. I still don’t believe exit polls, including this one. Like all the other polls, these polls are probably over sample Democrats by a wide margin.
Republicans bulk of them still at work, would only trust an exit poll if voting had ended at precinct.
I noticed that...probably had a call or two from someone on site who told him he was FOS with that leaning O.
Now, one more tick to R and that one is in the bag.
275 for Romney is still my count regardless of these polls albeit they do unnerve me when I actually look at them.
And in the same breath, has a link to the 2004 exit poll in accuracies. Drudge fishing for hits?
Drudge makes money from web hits and this is pure gold for Drudge. He keeps the nervous clicking refresh for hours as his ad revenue climbs. Only 19 states are being polled and every media outlet’s poll that I have seen have been widely apart with no consensus.
accuracies => inaccuracies
The Dan Rather of election results.
He just moved VA, CO and WI as tossup.. I think Drudge is messing with media.
This is news?! Ohio has been classified a “toss up” for months.
BTW, exit polls are completely unreliable. Let’s wait for the real votes to come through.
In 2004, the Rats started calling Kerry “President”. He obviously isn’t.
Drink its your only option at this point.
Is he already calling PA for Obama? I just can’t believe we’d know that already.
I’d rather give it to Drudge than to the alphabet MSM.
Rush said today he got a call from an exit poll worker who was told to not approach any white elderly voters. That would skew a poll, for sure.
You might be right no way the liberal media is going to report races are very tight.
He keeps this up he will have record numbers tomorrow.
Drudge is being a click whore.
That does it for me. I'm out of here for an hour or so. Not one single poll has closed in any state yet, and everyone here is wetting themselves with the most ridiculous -- and *unwarranted* -- displays of defeatism I've seen in a long time.
The rules of engagement at Normandy were unaffected by the “cheating” of the enemy. Our enemy embraces cheating and we can’t shoot them. Until that changes our constitution will continue to be erased from the memories of our public school-educated, liberal media informed and pampered fellow Americans.
Got a boxed bottle of Maple Crown Royal ready for the night.
Barone will know before anyone else KNOWS and he will tell us.
Don't say that-..lol..Rather said this morning he thinks Romney will win!!
Sorry...didn’t mean to scare you off. You’d think that any of these states would be a toss-up right now.
I’m still hopeful for my state to go into the R/R column.
I really don’t think it’s defeatism. The way I understand the exit polls, EVERY one of those states listed could go either direction.
All the grouping meant was that the early exit polls had Romney leading some, Obama leading some, and most were toss ups.
I believe Romney can make a map without Nevada, but he needs to run the table on all the toss ups.
In contrast, I suspect Obama CANNOT make a map without Pennsylvania.
So it is still razor thin. Could be 1960 in closeness. Let’s hope the Massachusetts candidate wins again.
Exit polls come from the MSM. They are propaganda.
I’ve got my champagne and pie ready.
I believe all that I meant was that the crucial nature of the stakes were obvious to our WW2 heroes. And that this day’s stakes should be just as obvious to us, the beneficiaries of the sacrifices of the War generation.
Pennsylvania is Romney’s.
It will be the deciding state at about 12:01 a.m EST.
So don’t worry about Ohio right now. We’ll win there, but it may take awhile.
...and I agree. I intended no accusation in my response and it is a fault with my writing that such was inferred.
Toss up in exit polls is a win for Romney. Exit polls run heavy dem.
Conservatives don’t answer exit polls, or give the opposite answer to how they voted. If it’s even we are kicking butt.
One way or druther, the Glenlevet countdown begins....
It's simple - Romney is the better choice for our economy and a majority of voters know this! As long as enough republicans and independents vote Romney should win this election hands down!
Drudge is just trying to build drama and a reason to come back to his site.
Drudge is going to keep the race tight until midnight PST so that he can make money. Election night is when he makes loads of money with hits to his site.
Looks like it’s Ohio and Florida or it’s the highway for the USA now
