Telegenic. This country will never again elect a president who doesn't look good on TV. Yes, we have become this shallow.

I voted for him. There was someone else who did too, but I've never been able to track him down.

Had the pleasure to meet this man once, on a plane in Texas. He was patient and kind to my wife, and spoke very well (2000, I think, not 1996). Unfortunately, his TV persona came off poorly.
