And the penalty is you have to SHOUT TWICE AS AS LOUD!

In Detroit they get away with it. Back in 2000 when my niece and her husband lived on Detroit's east side, he waited in line for 3 hours to vote.

When he finally got inside the polling station, there was a person handing out pamphlets which were identical to the butterfly ballot and it had the pictures of all the candidates with a red "x" over the face of the person you were not to vote for.

All they had to do was lay the pamphlet on the multipage ballot then proceed to punch out the corresponding hole. Turn the page of the butterfly and then the pamphlet and continue......

Seth had no choice but to keep his mouth shut considering he was the only white person on the grounds.......

The UAW also goes out in force, picking up folks who have no transportation. Seth said that several busses had pulled up, letting out the old people.......
