In Japan , each registered voter receives a paper in the mail from their local town hall / govt. When they go to vote , their name is checked off and they submit the paper . They then do a paper ballot vote . No problemo . Simple . You can’t vote twice . You can’t vote as an illegal alien . You can’t vote if you are dead . America is third world ???????????????????
Half our politicians and people WANT illegals to vote, multiple voting and no vote record. That is he problem.
