Just got home from this rally...
It was GREAT !
I’m guessing around 1,000 folks in the hangar and outside. .
The hangar was overflowing!
The “KING” - Richard Petty warmed up the crowd !
I was only five rows back from the front of the podium.
It amazing to actually see the sincerity in the faces of both Ann and Mitt as they addressed the crowd.
Mitt and I had a momentary eye-lock .... Whew!
These are Real People trying to help real people.
I was just “Wowed” by their presentation and sincerity for “Everyone” in America !

Im guessing around 1,000 folks in the hangar and outside.I'm assuming it was a sort of a "hasty" setup in the FBO hangar and the ramp right in front of it, since DBQ Regional is not a real large facility or laid out for a concentrated, contiguous crowd. Still, I wish my morning had sped up so that I could have joined "y'all."

CR Gazette has a story up on Mitt's rally now. It claims more than 2000 were there. Press reported 1500-2000 in Davenport Monday. I was at that one. I couldn't get a count on the people there, but I did get a good estimate on the cars parked in the one field so used. There were fairly close to 1000 cars there Monday. Gazette separately estimates 5000 for Obama's later downtown Dubuque rally. No count provided there in for how many were bussed in from Madison, Chicago, etc.
