Just another reason to NOT live in an Urban city. They are decaying, death trap killing fields. Adding taxes for the luxury of being able to protect oneself is just the icing on the turd pie they want to feed lawful citizens.
I will be glad to see these places go.
Why not, Obamacare is a breathing tax. Then they take 50% of whats left when you die.
