:)

Your post made me think of our recent visit to tour the littoral combat ship “Fort Worth” recently commissioned (Sept 2012) in Galveston.

The crew was wonderful. They gave every 20 people great tours and were so proud of their ship and of the people who came to see them in Galveston (said crowds are not usually like the overflow crowd they were experiencing in Galveston) - the hours were extended when they saw the turn-out and how long everyone was willing to wait to have their turn on the Fort Worth.

Old people and young children waited in line (in the sun) for hours to take the tour and honor our men and women in uniform.

Well, I like you.

Some people are just plain cranky for no apparent reason. Reminds me of all the codgers I used to meet. Now, I wonder if their aches and pains actually extended to their brains. ;>
