Wow. Well, someone’s freakin’ motivated!! Hope it’s our side.
But but but... its supposed to be 2008!
Why - Nate Silver, Rasmussen, PPP and the rest of the genuises said so!
Harris County is Houston . Obama won it by about 19,000 votes in 2008. 590,00 to 571,000
Obama by 19,000 in 2008, with Barr picking up 9,000, not too bad for a big city.

The largest changes in the composition of the electorate compared with the last presidential election concern the partisan affiliation of voters. Currently, 46% of likely voters identify as Democrats or lean Democratic, compared with 54% in 2008. But in 2008, Democrats enjoyed a wide 12-point advantage in party affiliation among national adults, the largest Gallup had seen in at least two decades. More recently, Americans have been about as likely to identify as or lean Republican as to identify as or lean Democratic. Consequently, the electorate has also become less Democratic and more Republican in its political orientation than in 2008. In fact, the party composition of the electorate this year looks more similar to the electorate in 2004 than 2008....." Source
There was heavy EV in the other counties as well.
I live in Houston, and nearly everyone I know voted early and straight repub ticket.
From another news article: early voting turnout increased nearly 15% everybody anxious to get rid of the Marxist progressives.
Early voting in Harris County is record setting.
In the 2008 presidential election, 678,000 voted early. It was a record then.
But this year, the unofficial early vote total in Harris County stands at a record 765,803.
Are you focusing on Harris County with that post?
The article is focusing on Harris County, so yes.
“According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 1,778 square miles (4,605.0 km2), of which 1,729 square miles (4,478.1 km2) is land and 49 square miles (126.9 km2) (2.75%) is water. Both its total area and land area are larger than the state of Rhode Island.”

Sorry, I didn't see which comment you were referring to.
I posted the LINK to the other article to emphasis the previous post to you about the 2004 [Bush] - 2008 [Obama] Harris County totals.
I’m from Harris County, I was born and raised there.
I must have misunderstood the thread, I thought that it was about my county.
I’m in Harris county too.
ALL:
Please note! my linked text in Comment 8 speaks to the country [USA] not to Harris County [TX]!
I added it to reinforce the differences in the vote totals LINKED in Harris County, TX, in 2004 and 2008 in Comment 7.
Using the word “Texas”, means that it is always about Texas.
If you want to talk about something, that isn’t about TEXAS, then don’t mention, TEXAS.
Hope your day improves.
What does that mean??
My day is great!!
Did you mess up up in regards to Texas?
I posted an article and linked to some things I felt would be of interest.
I have responded to your questions (and posted a clarification to the thread) because you implied I was somehow trying to mislead readers.
For the life of me, I do not understand why you have decided to pick a fight.
Goodbye.
