A Washington college said their non-discrimination policy prevents them from stopping a transgender man from exposing himself to young girls inside a women’s locker room, according to a group of concerned parents.
“Little girls should not be exposed to naked men, period,” said David Hacker, senior legal counsel with the Alliance Defending Freedom. A group of concerned parents contacted the legal firm for help.
Hacker said a 45-year-old male student,who dresses as a woman and goes by the name Colleen Francis,undressed and exposed his genitals on several occasions inside the woman’s locker room at Evergreen State College.
Students from nearby Olympia High School as well as children at a local swimming club share locker rooms with the college.
According to a police report, the mother of a 17-year-old girl complained after her daughter saw the transgender individual walking naked in the locker room. A female swim coach confronted the man sprawled out in a sauna exposing himself.She ordered him to leave and called police.
The coach later apologized when she discovered the man was transgendered but explained there were girls using the facility as young as six years old who weren’t used to seeing male genitals.
According to the police report, the local district attorney probably will not pursue charges because he said the “criminal law is very vague in this area.” Francis told KIRO-TV that he was born a man but chose to live as a woman in 2009. Francis said he felt discriminated against after he was told told leave.
“This is not 1959 Alabama,” Francis told the television station. “We don’t call police for drinking from the wrong water fountain.” Hacker and local parents are outraged over the college’s response to the incident.

A person whose physical sexual characteristics have been surgically and chemically altered to more closely resemble the opposite sex is "transsexual." Chaz Bono is an example.

Actual, physical designation by sex/gender has become merely a point of view, subject apparently to change at a moment’s notice. Offhand, I can’t see any particular reason a person couldn’t designate him/herself a man on odd days of the month and a woman on even days. And nobody could object without being a “bigot.”
Meanwhile, the sex you are attracted to, which is really just an opinion, has become an immutable inborn characteristic, and trying to change someone’s mind about it a hate crime.
Gay marriage is on the ballot in Washington to confirm a law passed earlier this year.
Voting no on Referendum 74 means you don’t want same sex marriage and hopefully find a means to stop what this jerk is pulling.
I’d like to stop the state from funding Evergreen College as it is just a breeding ground for the Liberal/ socialist way.
What about our rights? Don’t we have a right not to be exposed to this whole agenda? Why does a very small minority get to set the standards? People are being psychologically damaged by this. Are we going to wait until someone is attacked by a sex offender who decides he has the right to use the women’s locker room?
This is called “desensitization,” and this is what perverts do. They want children, who have a natural privacy about these things from about age 2, to be impressed that it is perfectly fine for a grown man to be naked in front of them. This is mental molestation, and opens the door for physical molestation.
Same with the naked men in the Castro around here, I saw one for the first time about last week. They stride across the street, I saw what looked like a six year old boy standing right there on the corner - getting desensitized.

“The curriculum is redesigned every year, and upper division students can propose individual learning contracts to further customize their learning experience.”
He wants to dress like a woman and expose his genitals.
They want to recognize him as a baseball, and expose their ball-bats.
Sounds equitable to me.
In this case, do try this at home Francis. And don’t try it in the girl’s locker room.

Sorry, my bad. I was thinking transsexual. I understand it for a transsexual, but I’m just confused at how dressing as a woman while still having male genitals should let someone be allowed to expose themselves like that. It’s just very wrong in my view.

I’d sit there listening to the offended trans party in a story like this and the counselor would inevitably turn to me and say “You’ve been quiet...what do you think?”
I’d always say something like “Nothing, really.” because for the last 20 minutes I’d been thinking “Half the people in this room need to have their asses kicked. Hard.”
There is no reason, at all, for society to be forced to bend over backwards for people like me.

Every day we have stories like this. Situations and incidents that had someone proposed them a few short decades ago, no one would have believed them. They would have been so outlandishly twisted and inconceivable as to be labeled some kind of grotesque science-fiction scenario of a degraded, decaying civilization.
I’ll add this to the recent story of a state judge ruling that taxpayers had to pay for sex-change operations of prison inmates. Loony-tunes. That what this country has become. Psychos and sickos rule the roost. America’s end looks nearer and nearer.

I know someone who has said the same thing in this case it was someone who had been transgendered and only later found out that they were born with abigious parts and their parents chose the wrong gender for them after they were born.
They described a lot of the “support groups” as nothing but self rationalization for “bad behavior” when it came to dealing with who they deridingly called “normal people”. Such as blowing up and making a huge vocal fuss over even the most innocent gender slip of someone just doing their job at some business etc...
They had to go through all the what they described “process” and was amused that the therepists were amazed how well adjusted they were, well because they actually had a true bonafide gender issue that was imposed upon them by an overzelous doctor convincing their parent after they were born. What should have been done was more testing and observation of the child and then dealing with it when they were 100% sure what the right choice should be.
Now some people on this board can be a little crazy in terms of gender issues and say things like XY is boy and XX is girl is and absolute and that is pretty much accurate 99% of the time, but there are such conditions such as SRY deformation inthe genes, kleinflters, and even prenatal exposure to estrogen/testosterone that can cause gender issues in both the physical development of the body and the brain.
I have to wonder how many of the people who have as we say “gender issues” be they physical development issues or brain wiring issues are people who have been poisoned by the unnatural estrogens and estrogen like chemicals in food/water etc. And how many are people who are just “plain crazy or psycho” as my abiguoisly gendered friend would call them.
