'If You Voted For Obama in 2008 and Don't in 2012, You Never Really Voted For Him'

As hard as it might be to believe, the Daily Beast's Andrew Sullivan has become a bigger cheerleader for President Obama than virtually anyone else in the media including the shills on MSNBC.

On Wednesday, he actually penned a drooling, gushing, sycophantic love letter to the current White House resident saying - and I'm not making this up! - "If you voted for Obama in 2008 and don't in 2012, you never really voted for him in 2008":

That’s pretty dumb. Lots of 2008 Obama voters would like to take a mulligan on THAT one.

The internal polling numbers on Obama, that the media knows, must be very very bad. They are and have been acting like they are losing, and in a very big way.

Guarantee you this. They know Obama is going to lose, and right now the effort is to save house and senate seats from being lost from turnout dump from negativity.

The press right now, is busy writing stories about why Obama lost, so prepare for your head to explode once the East coast starts showing signs of disaster. In my opinion, NH will tell us everything we need to know. If NH is surprisingly in favor of Romney, this could be EPIC. Also one reason why they are so adamant about early voting with their BASE. They don’t want their West coast base to start crying, getting drunk, and staying at home...

It’s like trying to find anyone in MA who voted for Dukakis for governor.

That is actually a stat I haven’t heard talked about much, if at all. How many voted for BO in ‘08 that won’t vote that way this time? I have to think at a minimum that difference has to be +20%. Then looked at the other way; how many voted for McCain in ‘08 that are now voting for BO, has to be a very small number.

That would be sweet. The lamentations, teeth gnashing and hair pulling and staying home might just give the chance to be rid of Di Fi.

Is this intended to secure more votes or help clear consciences?

This one’s right up there with “If you didn’t vote for Obama in ‘08, it’s because you are a racist”!

Yeah. This guy is like Bellatrix— the truest, most devoted follower of Voldemort. All you other guys must vote for Voldy again to really prove your loyalty.

Sorry, I don’t plan on letting 2008 Obama voters off that easily.

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again.

The biggest risk you face this election, is being POORLY PREPARED for an election party.

We’re talking food, drink, people, party streamers...

Make sure you are also prepared for the reason for loss lies, because it’s going to make you ticked off to say the least. It will be racism, it will be because voters threw a temper tantrum, it’s not going to be a reflection upon political ideas, it’s going to be blamed on the economy for costing the dems the election. There will be no mandated allowed...

Now, if I sound confident, I am. But, I don’t feel very confident about taking the Senate. And if we did, I bet someone swithces sides to event things out, be “fair”. Brutus is out there, we know that from the past...

If all those people never really voted for him, does that mean he never really won?
