he role of Islam in France was once again under the spotlight on Thursday after right-wing daily Le Figaro published the results of an opinion poll that suggested 43 percent of French people believe the religion is a threat to national identity. By FRANCE 24 (text)
Six out of ten French people believe the influence of Islam in France is too big and 43 percent see the religion as a threat to national identity, according to the results of an opinion poll published on Thursday. The sensitive poll, which will likely cause ripples in a country home to Europes largest Muslim population, was carried out by Ifop polling institute for right-wing daily Le Figaro, which published the results under the headline The image of Islam worsens in France.
Only 17 percent of respondents believed Islam enriched Frances culture and 40 percent said it was neither a threat to the countrys national identity nor of benefit to its culture.

Time to drive the Satanists out of every civilized nation on the planet.
BTW, just love how they put threat in quotation marks. Showing their bias.

Yeah, I noticed that too.

National IDENTITY???
How about National SECURITY?
France, they are not there to assimilate, they are there to dominate.
Sorry, France. I can’t work up a lot of sympathy. You don’t invite the Devil to dinner and expect him not to stay for dessert. You’re worried about image when your worries should be for your survival and soul.
The other 57% were muslims.
Idiotic foreign policy, coupled with their past Imperial ambition in Africa, came home to roost.
The gutless political class didn’t want to face the problem, so the solution is to educate the general public ‘There is nothing to FEAR islam’, and ‘bigotry towards mooooooslems’. When ethnic (I know the wrong choice of word) conflicts flare up, they decided to pull back policing from troubled neighborhoods and keep mum on reporting.
Decades later, how do you expect situations to improve?
A victorious line of march had been prolonged above a thousand miles from the rock of Gibraltar to the banks of the Loire; the repetition of an equal space would have carried the Saracens to the confines of Poland and the Highlands of Scotland; the Rhine is not more impassable than the Nile or Euphrates, and the Arabian fleet might have sailed without a naval combat into the mouth of the Thames. Perhaps the interpretation of the Koran would now be taught in the schools of Oxford, and her pulpits might demonstrate to a circumcised people the sanctity and truth of the revelation of Mahomet.

The way these situations always resolve themselves. When politicians fail- nations go to war . although in this case more likely will start as localised killing of urban ferals.
Look at local new in any bigger city in USA, people are tired of letting law enforcement or local gvt deal with issue.
There are righteous killings of feral criminals every day.
When the feral two leggers fear the general citizenry then this behaviour will end, until then it will be bloody battle
France tries to force assimilation by forbidding the wearing of headscarves in public schools; they are determined to try to make these people “French” (and expel them if they don’t abide by that). I wish we were as firm as them.
43% is too little. And it’s not a religion. It’s a world-domination ideology cleverly disguised as a religion.
Too late now, my froggie friends.
Any follow-up on that group that took over the mosque and put the banners up?
