Obama's EPA Plans for 2013

The November elections will determine the direction of US climate policy -- and therefore also energy policy and the pace of economic growth: jobs, standards of living, budget deficits and inflation. Obama has already promised to make climate change the centerpiece of his concern -- with all that implies: "Green" energy policy, linked to loss of jobs (Keystone pipeline disapproval), rising gas prices (ethanol mandates), and crony capitalism (Solyndra).

By contrast, Romney is a climate skeptic -- and Ryan has been quite outspoken: the perfect anti-Gore. The science supports Romney-Ryan -- notwithstanding the UN-IPCC, and the bulk of the climate scientists living high on the hog on government grants.

All of this emerged from campaign rhetoric -- but it needs to be spelled out more clearly. Note that Obama no longer promises to "heal the Earth and stop the rise of the oceans." He has also been uncharacteristically quiet about his efforts to "make electricity prices skyrocket." But there is more in store if he is re-elected and unleashes the full regulatory apparatus of the EPA. Senate report Earlier this month, Senator James Inhofe (R-Okla.), Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, released a new EPW Minority Report entitled, "A Look Ahead to EPA Regulations for 2013: Numerous Obama EPA Rules Placed On Hold until after the Election Spell Doom for Jobs and Economic Growth."

The impending EPA regulations alone are enough for all to oppose Zero this election. Yes, I am talking to all you Ron Paul supporters. If Zero wins, the USA will not survive. Now ask yourselves, is that really what you want? Does backing a left of center over a true Fascist bent on destroying the country that Hard for you? I agree Romney is not what I would prefer but he is the only choice you have to stop the madness. And that is your choice: Romney or certain destruction.

The EPA should be decimated : loose 10 postions for every political , non-sensical decision , or “ guidance” ruleing.

Let “States Rights “ rule , not Fe(d)eral imposition .

I’m wondering if having Øbama blvd in every city is actually worth it in trade for his elimination.

Article I Section 1: All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States . . .

Rule by administrative fiat is a knife through the heart of our revolution. “Liberty” to our Framing generation meant self governance.

Congress has reduced itself to the pitiful condition of pleading for cooperation from the monsters it created.

Our only hope is to overwhelm Congress and President Romney with demands that it pass legislation requiring approval of every proposed rule from the commissars.

We the people need to begin re-regulating the Government.
The unquenched power drunkards need to fear us again.
