In the first place the president can't remove federal judges. They hold office for life unless they do something that justifies impeachment, and disagreeing with their judicial decisions doesn't fall under that. Greenspan is appointed by the Senate and can't be removed either merely because Romney may disagree with his policies. Voting is a state matter, and the federal government has no business setting up a 'Federal Voter Card'. The beginning of the presidential term is set by the 20th Amendment. And I'm pretty sure your plan to go out and 'kill the extremists lurking within' runs afoul of the 5th Amdendment.
Other than that I can sign on to a lot of it.

Brilliant, Laz! Didn’t Romney say that he’d start dismantling zer0care on day one?
The rest of your advice is spot on, and if R&R do half of it, the country will respond by heading down the road to prosperity again.
Thanks for offering some REAL hope.

In the first place the president can't remove federal judges. They hold office for life unless they do something that justifies impeachment, and disagreeing with their judicial decisions doesn't fall under that. "Do not overlook judges, if possible, though some of them will not be able to be removed." :)
Greenspan is appointed by the Senate and can't be removed either merely because Romney may disagree with his policies.
True and false. The false part: Greenspan has been gone for a while. The true part: MR will have to work with the Senate. But work, he must. Bernake must go.
Further, the gold standard idea IS in the purvue of the Federal government. We need to back our money with more than promises. The House of Cards will fall, and soon, otherwise.
Voting is a state matter, and the federal government has no business setting up a 'Federal Voter Card'.
You know, the more I think about it, the more right you are on this one. I was inspired by Mexico's voting card, but involving the Federals here allows them to actually be able to interfere and even cancel state elections. The one reason I was confident Obama could not cloud or call off elections this year is due to it being a state-held affair. Consider that one fully retracted. I would have MR insist, however, that all states require ID, by the normal manners in which Feds apply pressure to states. It's a huge deal, Voter Fraud, and IT MUST STOP.
The beginning of the presidential term is set by the 20th Amendment.
The term should be changed, even if a Con Con is required.
And I'm pretty sure your plan to go out and 'kill the extremists lurking within' runs afoul of the 5th Amdendment.
Foriegn nationals in foriegn lands get no such 5th Amendment protections.
Other than that I can sign on to a lot of it.
So let's get this in front of the presumptive winner, MR!

Laz, you know I love you, man, but social conservatism is the basis for all conservatism because it teaches us the difference between right and wrong.
I see none of that here. Why not?
