Gloucester County officials arrested two teenage brothers in connection with the death of 12-year-old Autumn Pasquale, CBS Philly reports.
County prosecutor Sean Dalton said at a press conference Tuesday that Autumn, who was was last seen Saturday on her bicycle, was lured into the home of the 15- and 17-year-old brothers to obtain parts for her BMX bike. The crime was allegedly committed in that house.
Dalton said the boys' mother contacted police about posts she saw on her son's Facebook page.

In NJ, we recently had two brothers (white) sentenced to life for luring and killing a girl with whom they were feuding. They were 14 and 16 at the time, and the older tried to protect the younger by claiming he just helped him dispose of the body. Both still got life in prison.
I simply can't imagine the horror for either.
The boys who did this, need to be destroyed. They have already ruined two families.

I’m sure, that right now, Hollywood is gearing up to make a movie about this called TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD. Oh, yeah, they can’t.....that movie was fiction. Maybe they can get Samuel Jackson to play Atticus Finch.
Hopefully these two will spend the rest of their lives behind bars.
If GZ/TM case is any indication, when twenty unarmed "yutes" attack you you have no right to shoot them - even when they already started killing you. "An unarmed kid" is such a powerful qualifier... In other words, the justice is willing to finish what the feral yutes started. I cannot imagine why. There was no government on this planet, until these days, that protected murderers and oppressed the wealthy. Since this is not unique to the USA, is this how the Western democracy is fated to end, with inmates running the asylum?
Keep in mind that thugs like these perps aren’t very bright and people have been known to kill for pocket change. They might have wanted her bike, but I wouldn’t be surprised if there turned out to be a sexual component to this after all.

What case is that?
There was no government on this planet, until these days, that protected murderers and oppressed the wealthy. Since this is not unique to the USA, is this how the Western democracy is fated to end, with inmates running the asylum?

I believe “GZ/TM” refers to George Zimmerman’s shooting Trayvon Martin in Florida.

Unfortunately they aren’t used appropriately. A good noose is environmentally friendly, can be recycled, and doesn;t require any expenditure of valuable electrical energy, which should make the libs happy.
Here in Jersey the eliminated the death penalty after that SCOTUS ruling years ago. Then they brought it back but never implemented it because the Chief Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court, a liberal s.o.b named Wilentz. He never found the “perfect” death penalty case and overturned them all, in effect using Judicial power as a form of legislation. Eventually the cost of maintaining all these scumbags in a special death row, along with the money lost in frutiless trials and appeals resulted in the repeal of the death sentenc here.
As an aside, Wilentz’ daddy was the presiding judge at the Hauptmann/Lindberg trial here in the 1930s. His daddy sentenced Hauptmann to death. I still think Huaptmann was innocent - his wife went to the grave trying vainly for YEARS to get the documents related to the case released and his name exonerated.
I think Wilentz the son KNEW his father sent an innocent man to his death and that impacted his opinion of the death sentence.
But these two, if they did it, should be destroyed and not allowed to grow older to recreate their villanies later in life.

I wonder if her parents, or her education in the public school system, told her that any caution or suspicion of young black men is rooted in racism and she should be ashamed of being so “prejudiced” as to be suspicious of their motives when they lured her into the house, causing her to supress a natural self-preservation instinct to not go in...

Ewwwww. I never heard of that film. I usually don’t like Ebert, but I give him kudos on that one.
