Romney is ahead in the polls.

He’s picking up likely voters left and right.

If he governs the nation as a conservative, maybe I’ll vote for him in 2016.

But right now, I really don’t trust him, and I will put my trust in God, not in the 2-party system.

If lots of people think like you Romney won't be running in 2016, we'll be fortunate to HAVE and election in 2016.

I will vote for Mitt Romney as will my husband. Was he our first choice? No. But we believe that we are just as accountable to the Lord for not voting as we are accountable for who we vote for.

I refuse to let my absence at the polls translate into a vote for Obama. And Biden. And Holder. And Napalitano. And Sebelius. And Clinton (although I guess she plans to quit).

IIRC, Jimmy Carter was a “born again” Christian. So much for that guideline for voting.

SCENARIO: Your church is burning down and there are two firemen. One wants to see it burn down and the other wants to put the fire out. Neither belong to the church. Do you ask the fireman who wants to help to put the fire out or do you simply walk away and let the church burn down? Maybe a stupid analogy but WE NEED YOUR VOTE! ;o))
Have you watched this? It is awesome and brought me to tears!

Same here.

First and second, always, always, put one’s trust in God/Jesus Christ, not on mere human beings, includling politicos.

If Obama wins because people like you sit home, and he gets to appoint pro-abort, pro-gay marriage, socialist Supreme Court justices, you can pat yourself on the back for how pious you were.

And you can brag to your grandchildren that they lost their liberty and Constitutional rights because you were so smart and principled and sat home.

God does not command us to duck our responsibility, and by sitting home, you are guaranteeing Obama has a better chance of destroying my country.

You should be ashamed of yourself.

Well, if you can’t decide whom to vote for based on either political philosophy or religion, then perhaps this advice will help: Vote for the American!

AMEN. And having been Mormon and knowing two of his nephews, I know better than to EVER trust him.
