If Obama considers the loss of four Americans including an ambassador “not optimal,” I’m terrified of whatever he actually considers “bad.”
I’ve been paying attention to politics since before Ford vs Carter and I have no idea what “binders” mean.

If you aren't just being coy, I'll explain.
In the debate, Romney said that he was brought a list of candidates for cabinet posts when he was governor of MA, and he noticed they were all men.
He went out to women's group in search of qualified candidates, and said: "And I brought us whole binders full of — of women."
Of course, he was referring to three-ring notebook binders full of women's resumes. But, in the absence of anything substantial on which to criticize Romney, the left has seized on "binders full of women" to ridicule him.
Anyone with an IQ above a turnip understood what he meant. But, just like the narrative of "Romney wants to kill Big Bird", it's all they have.
And THAT is what desperation smells like.

It’s very well known in Business! On an issue, the CEO demands a Report, a Summary, a Detailed Analysis, etc.
When the CEO wants Personnel or other info, they demand or request which is the same as a demand, a “BINDER!” Thats not Rocket Science, it’s just a request for a Loose Leaf Binder in past years for a group of Resumes in the Loose Leaf Binder for Him or Her to make selections from and/or ask more questions and clarifications on pre selected Candidates and their Qualifications! Romney answered the question perfectly, there are just alot of Voters who dont understand how deeply and richly Romney is qualified to run America and Save Our Country!
You have to consider the source. To a Dem, anything that blows up in their face because of their incompetence would “not be optimal”. If the catastrophe can be blamed on a Repub, only then is it “Bad”. Oh, and the Lame Steam Media agrees.
Well, it would at least have to be worse than even 9/11. He said something along the lines that America could absorb another 9/11. I need to google the actual quote, but I remember the insouciance of what he said, as if, “Oh, we could handle another app 3000 lives lost”.
