Lindsay, I love you. All is forgiven. I left my number on the wall. 867-5309.
Train wreck endorsed Obama and people think this is a good thing??
Train wreck endorsed Romney and people think this is a good thing??
Dang, if O is losing the low-information voters, who does he have left? I believe that is his key demographic, ahead even of the illegal and the dead.
“These people don’t follow politics and plan to vote based on what little information they’ve gleaned.”
Well, how about that! Weren’t these the very voters they cultivated in 2008?
I hate to refer to Lindsay as a shepherd, however, her followers are in fact sheep, and so she is one of a growing number of shepherds.
The significance of Lindsay is part of a broader movement that's starting to gain traction.
'Cool' people are withdrawing their support for Obama, giving permission to their followers to consider doing the same.
For these people to even question their blind loyalty to Obama, the perfect man, represents the fundamental destruction of his brand.
The fundamental thing that keeps this type of Obama supporter in the cage, is an absence of asking themselves, rather than their idols, who's cool. Hollywood is now providing leadership in questioning.
It translates indirectly towards the surge, because in order to flip an Obama voter, the intellectual hypnotic spell must first be broken. That is the role some 'stars' are playing for Romney.
As with the empty chair - Clint was the lead on this - the first to give the 'stars' permission to give their fans permission.
Without a doubt low-information voters decide presidential elections. That’s why the most charismatic candidate always wins. Romney was clearly more charismatic than Barack in the first debate. I also have to wonder if these low-info voters will even bother watching the next 2 debates. The first was such a blow-out, they may feel they simply don’t need to waste time gathering any more information.
Anyway, earlier, there was a mini-scandal in his campaign fund raising group where this ol'gal found out about some Hollywood Lesbians (the worst kind I am sure) who had complained to somebody who is someone who knew a Republican that THEY, the lesbians, weren't getting what they wanted out of the Democrats ~ to wit, lower taxes, income averaging ~ very important to people who work on erratic schedules, depreciation for costumes and such, and some other stuff ~ so, could they get together with someone from the RNC about their coming across with lots of loot.
Somebody on Mike's staff arranged to hold a cocktail party/beer party at a large tent in Hollywood that had a lesbian theme bar.
Somebody didn't want the RNC putting money into buying lesbians likker, and complained to the Washington Post, which just went out of its nut condemning lesbian stuff ~ ? ~ ? ~ Big mistake on their part I think.
My understanding was Lindsay Lohan herself was the brain trust behind the deal, and now she comes out and tells us 'Hey yo.... ~ I"m translating.... vote Republican ~ it's good for you ~ it's good for me" ~ and so it is that the RNC investment in a couple of mai tais at a lesbian theme bar may have added a major California power center ~ lesbian actresses ~ to our force field.
Let's see Priebus beat that!

I believe that, if we don't like the folks running at the top of the tickets, it's because we aren't spending enough time talking to the voters in our daily lives. I try to talk politics with strangers regularly, entering into the conversation just non-threatening small-talk ("Can you BELIEVE the price of groceries nowaday?!")
Anyways, I keep running into people who freely admit not knowing very much at all about politics and voting for Obama because they were attracted to his slogans and demeanor. I keep getting the impression that now they feel manipulated and deceived by him. It's great if the non-political voters are swaying to the right.
"Heres why the Obama campaign should be worried:
Lohan is a low information voter convinced that (a) employment is really important, (b) thinks that employment is not being sufficiently handled by the White House right now and (c) thinks that Mitt Romney is better equipped to handle employment.
That arguably logical sequence is all that it takes for a low-information voter to support Mitt Romney. The thing is, there are millions of voters like her. That should terrify the Obama campaign."
"I think unemployment is very important for now, so as of now I think (my vote) is Mitt Romney," Lohan told reporters"
Kid Rock has been Republican for many years and played at the youth show for Bush’s 2005 inauguration. I remember reading about his openly backing Bush’s re-election with music industry celebrities and slamming the leftist icon Michael Moore as propaganda.
Or, of course, both.
So has Mark Cuban endorsed Romney
And in 2012...
From US News & World Report, October 1, 2012:
Hugo Chavez Says He Would Vote for Obama
"President Hugo Chavez, the Venezuelan dictator who once called President George W. Bush "the devil," has endorsed Barack Obama in the 2012 presidential race, according to the Associated Press.
"If I were American, I'd vote for Obama," Chavez said in a televised interview Sunday. "And I believe that if Obama was from Caracas, he would vote for Chavez, I am positive."
Another Amish guy switches to Romney....
Well if Lohan is a “bad” endorsement for Romney, look at the pack Obama runs with:

There’s some hope for her. How she came to this with her awful parents and career as a child star is almost miraculous. Good for her.
