Hillary Clinton stumps for global tax on rich
The Daily Caller ^ | 9/25/2012 | Jessica Stanton

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton used her Monday evening keynote speech at a Clinton Global Initiative event to push for a new global initiative: a tax on the world’s rich.

“One of the issues that I have been preaching about around the world is collecting taxes in an equitable manner, especially from the elites in every country,” Clinton said at the annual meeting of her husband’s global public policy organization.

“It is a fact that around the world the elites of every country are making money,” Clinton continued. “There are rich people everywhere. And yet they do not contribute to the growth of their own countries.”

Citing the need for public schools and public hospitals, Clinton said elites do not sufficiently “invest” in the public sector and restrict their countries’ development.

“And so it means, for leaders, telling powerful people things they don’t want to hear,” Clinton added, to laughter and applause.

Although left unmentioned in Clinton’s speech, President Barack Obama has been actively calling during his re-election campaign for the nation’s richest to pay more taxes.

We have millions of leeches in the USA alone that contribute NOTHING to help our country prosper. All they do is suck in money from us that work and then they procreate to make even more welfare cases.

How about getting these parasites off the hillary teat and doing something FOR our country?

People don’t work to get rich, just to re-distribute it to the ne’er-do-wells of the world.

This is classic, progressive, class-envy, and that’s all.

If Hildebeast ever gets to be president, it’ll be Obama all over again...maybe worse.

We can throw in Pelosi and Reid, too. To sweeten the pot so to speak. Obama won’t be available until January 21st.
But we can toss him in as well.

Obama’s Global Tax Proposal Up for Senate Vote

Cliff Kincaid — February 12, 2008
100 Comments | Printer Friendly

A nice-sounding bill called the “Global Poverty Act,” sponsored by Democratic presidential candidate and Senator Barack Obama, is up for a Senate vote on Thursday and could result in the imposition of a global tax on the United States. The bill, which has the support of many liberal religious groups, makes levels of U.S. foreign aid spending subservient to the dictates of the United Nations.

Senator Joe Biden, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, has not endorsed either Senator Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton in the presidential race. But on Thursday, February 14, he is trying to rush Obama’s “Global Poverty Act” (S.2433) through his committee. The legislation would commit the U.S. to spending 0.7 percent of gross national product on foreign aid, which amounts to a phenomenal 13-year total of $845 billion over and above what the U.S. already spends.

Obama has wanted this for a long time.

Hillary is nothing but a stinking tax-whore. Of course, taxes aren’t meant for her and her ilk.

Hitlery and BJ should be the first to donate their entire wealth to the cause, don’t ya think? Like all good Liberals, they want to steal from everyone else and keep their own money like the Liberal feces in Hollyweird. Welcome to Liberal insanity and duplicity.
