Do you really think the WEst has the committment to defeat,..really defeat these muslims. If you do, I do not see it. I see the muslims infiltrating every western country who lives mostly by a code of western values. They will breed enough muslims to outvote western democracies and then will impose Sharia. It is already happening. The Western governments are trying to figure out how to accommodate these monsters. Look at Obama and Clinton...just this last week. Our ambassador was murdered and our Representatives choose to apologize to the killers and attempt fascist maneuvers to strip an American citizen of first amendment rights. In other words WE are the problem, not the muslim terrorist.

In this conflict of civilization and barbarism I fear we have civilized ourselves out of fighting for truth, justice and the American way. In this conflict there must be a winner. They will fight for the next fifty years. Our leadership is confused about this. Right now, we have a unilateral advantage which could procure a victory. Soon they will have nuclear weapons, but without the impediment of conscience to reflect on the magnatude of violence that will inflict. We rage at their primal joy of killing innocence, but we have not arrived at the obvious answer. There must be a winner and there must be one side subjugated. They are outbreeding the west. They will have plenty of reinforcements. We remain in confusion about the nature of this conflict, and until we see it clearly the West has no chance to prevail. But, there will be a winner. Who that will be remains a huge question, not because we cannot prevail, but because we want to civilize those who cannot be civilized. These barbarians will never stop until they are utterly brought into submission, and the way I see it today, we do not have the stomach to do what is necessary to protect our way of life.

Good point. Until such time that the line separating what we MUST do and what we are WILLING to do is obliterated, we're simply doomed to suffer whatever comes down the pike from these vermin.
But here's the rub: The Muzz are a direct threat to not only the U.S. and its allies, but to nations like Russia and China, too. And who - besides the whackjobs in Iran, of course - benefits from Iran getting a bomb? And who is in grave danger by their so doing, in addition to Israel.
High time to work together with other nations, even if we have to hold our nose to do so, in order to address this cancer which threatens us all. And put NOTHING "off the table" in terms of the means with which to address this problem.
Question: How has the extinction of the DoDo bird negatively impacted our lives today? In much the same way, what exactly would the world "lose" if cities like Mecca suddenly met with, ahem, "misfortune?" Are there any world-class universities, hospitals, research labs, etc. in these places?
Just something to ponder...

No we do not have the committment to defeat any enemy that uses asymetrical warfare against us. The reason for that is simple, when your enemy uses the cover of civilians to attack you, the only proven military response is to remove all civilian life from the area in question. Our culture has given that a naughty name called genocide and apparently we would prefer to have our own children suffer than be accused of it.

Right this very moment, if the people of this country united to demand the removal of unlawful foreign invaders on our own land we would be accused of genocide by the previous nominee of the GOP on CNN inside of 5 minutes!
