The Muslims have been actively recruiting among the black prison population for years, using the meme “Join us, because Christianity is the white man’s religion, you don’t want to be the same faith as your oppressors, do ya?”

There is a way to identify voices.
Just need to monitor Universities and TV/Radio station switchboard.
Then send the FBI to pickup the idiot ten minutes later.
And I believe that this is at least 20 year old technology to identify a person calling in a threat.
It happened at UT Austin last week - which appears to be a few hundred students smaller than the University of Minnesota (the only UofM on the top 10 - Did you mean Mississippi or Missouri?) UCLA didn't make the list. Looks like tiny LSU is down to about 30,000 students.
I was actually thinking of University of Michigan which has somewhere between 80,000 and 100,000 students.
In fact I wasn’t really thinking about number of students so much as I was campus size and number of buildings etc.
Well, they played my Idaho team over the weekend. Uh...63-14. If there was a bomb, it sure as hell wasn't one of ours.

For campus size, looks like Berry College has them beat. About 1800 students packed into over 26,000 acres.

Probably not. That was during our "Safe" years under the Boosh regime.
Technology does exist to track folks by voice id, and in calling 911, the police want to locate where such a call comes from for the sake of the caller (someone being attacked).
That being said, it is almost 48 hours, and no arrests.
If the FBI is still a competent Government Agency, along with Homeland Security, they should know who the person is by now.
Of course, it might be typically dumb college student pulling a prank as a copycat, in which case, folks might be digging for a deeper motive than: "It is Monday, time to be stupid and get kicked out school"
Of course, if it is an Arab student and/or Muslim, waiting a little time might get a clearer picture of what is going on...
Whatever the case, I would bet if the Federal Government aids the Sheriff's Department, there should resolution to this within a month.
If Bush was still president, probably a week. If Obama, all bets are off.
