A bomb threat has been reported on the #LSU campus. Please evacuate the campus as calmly and quickly as possible.
I wonder who had an assignment due today.
A bomb threat was reported Monday on LSU’s Baton Rouge campus and the university sent out a text alert asking everyone to “evacuate as calmly and quickly as possible.” The alert said to check lsu.edu for updates.
The reporters gathered for LSU Coach Les Miles’ weekly press conference also were asked to leave the school’s athletic administration building.
Sigh. I bet they’re soon going to be doing this every 15 minutes at different universities and public facilities across the country.
There’s never anything there, but they know that the buildings have to be evacuated anyway, just in case.
And maybe, sometime just to prove their bona fides, they’ll actually manage to plant a bomb that will go off.
Has anyone noticed a pattern?

There has been a bunch of fake bomb threats called in to colleges, (and high schools) since the Muslim rioting began.
So the Muslim riots have come to the USA via “bomb threats”.
Must be those darned Amish again....

Very little reporting as to the callers last week, I am very curious if this is a test of our systems or hungover students.
Sounds to me like a desensitization campaign.

Just wait until election Day when they phone these threats into the middle/high schools hosting the polling stations, especially if the polls are looking bad for Bozo!
Texas (Friday) is a rather large campus. (Texas is currently #5 in enrollment, just behind Minnesota in the rankings. LSU is 134th in enrollment.
Just about the time they quit responding to all these false reports, there will be a real bomb and it will start all over again.
LSU is a large university with 29k students - a bit larger than UCLA
I wouldn’t alert say, as an example, a ME country that I am going to shower dozens of neutron bombs down on them.
I’d just go ahead and do it.
