Oooh boy, chickens are coming home to roost right on top of the State Department.

The embassy in Tripoli and the consulate in Benghazi do not have a MCESG detachment.
What ... no MCESG in Tripoli? Early on, they were saying Benghazi was a consulate ... an outpost, unlike an EMBASSY which has better security. So NEITHER had property security.

In coordination with the State Department, there was discussion about establishing a detachment in Tripoli sometime in the next five years.
FIVE years? In a country still in turmoil and filled with radical American-hating terrorists who have already attacked us at home .... FIVE years for security?

A FAST platoon deployed to Libya yesterday (12 Sep 12) to provide security for the U.S. Embassy in Tripoli.
For the EMBASSY ... American security deployed the day after? This is like trying to close the barn door after the horses are gone. Why was a FAST platoon not deployed a couple of days before the anniversary of Sept. 11 to guard the embassy and consulate during a most likely time for an attack?

The Marine Corps does not establish ROE for MCESG detachments or other embassy security forces; that is the responsibility of the State Department and/or operational commanders depending on the command relationship.
Resignations, beginning with Hillary's, should be requested immediately. Obummer won't do it .... Congress doesn't have the stones to do it .... so our enemies now have a green light and in 20 countries, you can see the results.

Words fail me here .... unbelievable if it weren't actually happening. Since these libs have no consciences, they won't be losing any sleep over this, either.

This is addressed to Capt. Kendra N. Motz:

I do not like your answer at all. The American people do not, repeat, do not want our Marines to be faced with an enemy and not have ammunition for their weapons because of policy. Sorry, but that answer flies in the face of logic and our honor as Americans.

Save the weasel words for the politicians. Did they, or did they not have ammunition?

Marine officers knowing the status of this should protest and fight for their troops and failing to change such policies, resign in protest.

And yes, I'm serious. Outraged, too.

Dereliction of Duty is what I'd call it. There are some things more important than scoring your next promotion. Loyalty to your subordinates and keeping them able to fight is far, far more important. Otherwise, why do we need Marines there at all? Just hire some rent-a-cops.

And freaking Pakistan has been a thorn in our side for way to long.

Face it, if it wasn’t for Pakistan’s continued support, aiding and abetting, the Taliban would have been wiped out 10 years ago. They are at least partially, if not fully responsible for every death of our servicemen these past many years.

Liz is the real deal. She’s awesome and the drivebys fear her.
George Will, won’t. He’s got a great radio voice and bashes us half the time, perfect for the drivebys.Peggy Noonan is on something who knows what. But it makes her sane from time to time but not nearly enough.

Liz Cheney was great. She was the only conservative on the panel. She had to correct George Will on why foreign policy under Romney would be different and better than under Obama disastrous policies. She also corrected Wesley Clark a number of times on his propaganda.

It was just that damn video.

That makes the videographer the most powerful man in the world!

Well, either that or it makes Obama...

This information and attitude should be long lasting as for Hillary.  Her failure and incompetence has to be remembered and repeated since she is still running for POTUS in 2016.

At some point we should tell every country in the Middle East that their last chance has come and gone. One more incident and we eliminate Mecca, or some other holy site.

In the mean time, throw every Muslim out of Jerusalem and turn the whole area over to Israel, including the entire West Bank. Also eliminate US aid to Gaza and make those people stand on their own two feet.

Yeah, guess I’m turning more radical. Just like the left claims.

The Lady was just following orders when “she” released that mess. And she may very well be putting in her papers as we speak.

Have you ever heard my (oft repeated) line: “A bitching sailor is a happy sailor, you only need to really worry when they stop bitching”?

Then ask yourself exactly when you last heard any member of the military utter so much as a complaint about the weather over the last two or three years.

There are already some truly PO’d people out there, some in the military and some not, and a gross cluster**** like this past week might just be the spark that PO’s the whole damned outfit....

Judging by the high speed run for cover taken by most (if not all) of those responsible, I’d say they’ve arrived at the very same conclusion and the only course they can really take at the moment is to make themselves very, very small in case the SHTF.

This couldn’t happen to more deserving....slugs.

Couldn't agree more about Liz Cheney. She is a superstar. Will joined in with the Dem and MSM criticism of the Romney statement, which just happened to be spot on. When Cheney stood firm and supported the Romney statement, she set off the MSM talking point that many Reps had criticized it as well. And Andrea Mitchell said that even someone in the Romney campaign had said it was a mistake. Unbelievable.

These presstitutes no longer even try to hide their bias. It was an interesting seating arrangement with Will and Cheney sitting on one side and Mitchell, Ifill, and Clark the other. Will should have been sitting with the other MSM hacks. He was trying to remain neutral.

FOX is almost as big a shill as the MSM. The only real journalism in America is in the blogosphere.

She says she wants to vote for Obama.

I'd probably tell her that if she likes The 0 that much, she can have my share of him as well.

...along with the bills and all of my old uniforms for the next fight that he starts.

If enough people are willing to vote this bunch back into office after the general FUBAR they've already conducted, I guess the country/Constitution that I swore to protect and defend has gone away, so I'll just gather the Clan and go find it again.
