I watched CBS (Scot Pelley) just to see how they covered the Campus bomb threats and the Embassy problems overseas. There was no mention of either. Plenty of puff pieces. Sad.

Reading the other posts in this thread I see none of the major networks covered the major events of the day.
This is frightening. The average citizen is being deliberately misled and deceived by the group that is intended to safeguard our freedoms by exposing the nonsense that can and does go on amongst our elected officials.
Think about this- there are thousands and thousands of people that are going to vote who have not been educated about current events, policies or actual differences between the candidates.
We have an ignorant electorate.
Beside a significant number of our embassys not being in oru control, a 40-50K student state university shuts and cancels classes and it is not news. Amazing.
Even the libera-leaning Cronkite would not have approved of this type of MSM ‘selective censorship’ of news.
Fox will cover it, and if Fox covers it, CNN has no choice but to cover it as well. It looks like CNN realizes that they’re not in the same boat as ABC, CBS, and NBC. They don’t have regular entertainment shows to keep them afloat if people decide to stop watching their news shows. All they do is news, and if Fox is killing them in the ratings, then they have no choice but to try and compete with Fox. I thought Anderson Cooper’s recent negative comments about Debbie Wasserman Schultz were a sign that they’re trying to be a bit more evenhanded.
So the news about the Al Qaeda flag flying over our Tunisian embassy will get out there via Fox and CNN. I think it’s great that ABC, CBS, and NBC are refusing to mention it. It just reinforces what a joke they are.
The Boston Globe Workers Circle is blaming the film (that no one actually saw). Not one word about Barky’s utterly failed foreign policy.

I’m not surprised. The fact that the German embassy was attacked shows that this is not over a “movie” made in the U.S. There was just also another coordinated attack on camp leatherneck afghanistan.
