BTW - Did you notice how they back down when challenged to scan a cancelled check in to a pdf, with whatever settings they want, and post the resulting file and methodology.
They don’t do it because they can’t produce anything like the WHLFCOLB - even though they claim that the WHLFCOLB.pdf is just a standard scan with some combination of optimization and OCR.
